Fifth Stop: Support Area

We've now reached the halfway point of our trip. If you'll look directly to your right, you'll see our fifth stop: The Support Area. We encourage all of our guests to experience this completely interactive area. There is something for everyone.

The first thing you'll notice in the support area is an explanation of why SBH needs support. Simply put, it requires money to keep SBH running and that money is gained from the activities in the support area and the store. There are several options for supporting SBH, though not all of them require financial contribution.

Starting at the top, there is the paypal donation section. If you would like to donate through paypal, all you have to do is enter the amount in the box show. When you click submit, it will take you through the steps on paypal's website to finish the process. If you need help understand the process, there is an explanation in our FAQ's section.

Next up is the SBH Book. As you'll notice from the explanation, it is an idea in progress. The final piece will be a book to sell for funds to support the site, but for now we're simply gathering submissions. Submitting something to the book is one of the ways you can support SBH without having to spend any money. We'd love for all members to consider participating.

Third is the SBH Raffle. This is a fairly new, but popular fundraiser. It occurs twice a year, in April and October. Members purchase tickets through paypal to go towards a themed gift basket. When the drawing date comes, one member's name is draw to win the prize.

If you look to the right of the raffle, you'll see our second way of support SBH without having to spend money. There is an SBH icon and the code you can use to put it on your site. This will show others that you love SBH and perhaps gain us a few new members.

Finally, at the bottom is the fundraising calendar. All fundraising dates are listed on this calendar. If you would like to see when one is beginning or ending, simply click through the calendar months.
