A Sailor's Better Half (SBH) was first established October 17, 2006. We've gone through several changes since then, but our purpose has remained the same - to provide a place for the women who love and support United States' sailors to receive a little love and support themselves.
Since SBH is a site created and run by Navy wives, we understand the unique challenges and situations that Navy wives and girlfriends face. The members of SBH provide each other with much needed support, encouragement, and friendship, as well as helpful advice for dealing with those situations and challenges. We’re also a great place to find a little entertainment and conversation.
We welcome all women, regardless of relationship status, location, race, political or religious affiliation, or significant other's rank. All we ask is that you love a sailor. |
